We’re seeking a seasoned Operations Specialist who is highly capable, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced Registered Investment Advisor firm (RIA) environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of firm operations, working closely with advisors, client service staff, and custodial partners. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of custodial platforms, account administration, and RIA workflows, takes ownership of processes, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement while delivering exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably at an RIA
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
• A client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an excellent experience
• Ability to problem-solve, learn quickly, and adapt to change
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Charles Schwab platform experience
• Experience supporting advisors or client service teams
